Description
The Lemon Grove Sanitation District is seeking a single civil‑engineering consulting firm to provide full‑service design and construction‑support for four sewer‑pipeline improvement projects identified in its 2017 Master‑Plan CIP. The consultant will prepare all design phases (pre‑liminary, 60 %, 90 %, and 100 % submittals), develop bid packages, and support construction through site visits, review of shop drawings, change‑order processing, and final inspection. All four projects will be designed under one contract but constructed as separate packages.
• Design‑to‑construction support for four sewer pipeline upgrades/replacements (total ≈ 8,855 ft of pipe).
• Required deliverables include detailed plans, specifications, cost estimates, bid documents, and on‑site construction assistance.
• Proposal must include a sealed fee envelope with not‑to‑exceed cost for each CIP project; two hard copies and one electronic copy of the technical proposal are required.
