Description
The Muscogee County School District is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase and direct delivery of produce items for the School Nutrition Program. The contract period shall cover the period August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027. The bid award shall be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder based on the dollar markup above the Index Price and/or subcontracting requirement for precut items.

• The Muscogee County School District reserves the right to waive formalities and technicalities in any quotation.
• The District reserves the right to reject any and/or all quotations.
• Price alone will not be the sole base in the award of this bid but will be the primary factor.
