Pinto Campus IT, Boiler Replacement

The Clark County Invitation for Bid is seeking qualified firms or individuals to submit bids for the Pinto Campus IT, Boiler Replacement project. The work consists of demolishing an existing 250mbh Lochinvar atmospheric boiler and replacing it with two 500mbh non-condensing boilers, as well as other associated systems. The project also includes natural gas service work, roofing, structural concrete work, and testing, adjusting, and balancing the entire hot water hydronic heating system. • The project requires the removal of existing equipment and systems and the installation of new ones. • The contractor must coordinate with Southwest Gas Company for natural gas service work. • The project includes a pre-bid meeting and site walk. • The contractor must provide system commissioning and testing, adjusting, and balancing the entire hot water hydronic heating system. • The contractor must also contract with Johnson Controls to remove existing controls and connect new systems and integrate to existing control systems.
