Description
The Department of State Hospitals - Metropolitan is seeking bids for a contractor to perform Automotive Maintenance and Repair Services for DSH - Metropolitan vehicles. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to diagnose and repair various complex automotive issues. The term of the agreement is anticipated to be February 23, 2026, through February 22, 2028. Some key requirements include:
• Providing all necessary personnel, labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, and incidentals
• Diagnosing and repairing various complex automotive issues
• Performing services on vehicles ranging from 10 years old to current
• Not permitting the use of subcontractors for this service
• Providing services within 10 miles of DSH - Metropolitan
• Maintaining general liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
• Maintaining motor vehicle liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per accident
• Maintaining professional liability insurance covering any damages caused by an error, omission, or any negligent acts
