Description
The Town of Hopkinton is seeking a qualified contractor to provide irrigation services at multiple municipal properties. The services will include inspection, repair, upgrades, seasonal startup and winterization, and ongoing maintenance of existing irrigation systems. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the work, as well as coordinating with Town staff and minimizing disruption to public use of facilities. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods.
• The contractor must have demonstrated experience with municipal or large-scale irrigation systems.
• The contractor must be licensed and insured to perform irrigation work in Massachusetts.
• The contractor must provide references for similar projects completed within the last 3-5 years.
• The contractor must provide itemized pricing for inspection and assessment, hourly repair rates, seasonal startup and winterization, and optional maintenance services.
• The contractor must provide estimated response time for repairs and a list of key personnel and qualifications.
