Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Vector Psychometric Group, LLC, for the Headache Center of Excellence program at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System. The contract will support the development of Patient Reported Outcome (PRO) measurements and an item bank focused on headache symptoms and impacts important to Veterans. The scope of work includes conducting qualitative studies and interviews with Veterans, preparing de-identified data and reports, and developing and refining headache measurement models, item banks, and PRO instruments. The contractor will provide the required parts and labor, and the contract will be for a period of one year. Key deliverables include refinement of conceptual and measurement models, execution of qualitative cognitive debriefing and wave-based item testing, and development of study protocols and materials for quantitative validation.

• Conducting qualitative studies and interviews with Veterans

• Designing study protocols and recruitment plans
• Providing ongoing support for measurement design, psychometric analysis, and project management
