HVAC - Emergency and On-Call Services for City Owned Facilities

The City of Clearlake is seeking proposals for HVAC emergency and on-call services for city-owned facilities. The contract will be for a three-year term, with a total budget not exceeding $50,000. The successful proposer will provide labor and parts for HVAC maintenance and repairs, including emergency calls outside regular business hours. The city requires the proposer to have at least three years of experience in HVAC preventative maintenance and event standby services.
