Description
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) intends to award a purchase order to Illumina, Inc. for an Illumina NextSeq 1000 Silver Support Plan. The plan includes full coverage for parts, labor, and travel, reagent replacement upon hardware failures, remote technical support, and control software and hardware updates. The contract is for one year and will be awarded on a sole source basis. The USGS has determined that Illumina is the only source that can provide maintenance and repairs on Illumina products in the U.S.
