Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a single‑award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide equipment procurement, installation, preventive maintenance, repair, and ongoing support for video‑tele‑conference (VTC) systems at the Austin Information and Technology Center (AITC). The work includes semi‑annual preventive maintenance, emergency 24×7 response, full system integration, and comprehensive reporting. The contract runs for five years with annual ordering periods, and individual call orders may reach up to $300 K, with a total BPA ceiling of $700 K.
• Provide and install AV conference‑room equipment (displays, cameras, control systems, etc.)
• Perform preventive maintenance twice per year and repair/replacement services, including emergency response within 6 hours
• Supply 24×7 help‑desk support, detailed service reporting, and compliance with VA security, accessibility, and sustainability requirements.
