WELLNESS PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

The Jacksonville Port Authority seeks a qualified, licensed firm to act as the sole Prime Contractor for a comprehensive employee wellness program serving roughly 150 full‑time staff. The contractor will design, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the program, maintain an online wellness portal, run events, challenges, health coaching, and an annual health fair, while ensuring HIPAA/PHI compliance and data security. The contract will be awarded to the lowest fixed monthly fee bidder that meets all specifications. • Develop, coordinate, and administer a turnkey wellness program (health coaching, education, events, portal). • Serve as the single point of responsibility for ~150 employees, including subcontractor management if needed. • Must provide a TWIC‑badge‑qualified workforce, comply with privacy regulations, and submit regular participation reports.
