Description
The Ohio Department of Veterans Services/Ohio Veterans Home Sandusky is seeking a supplier to repair humidifiers in two air handlers. The scope of work includes replacing needed parts, testing, and verifying that the humidifiers are working properly. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and personnel, comply with ADA and OSHA standards, and follow all federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor will be responsible for removing debris and trash from the worksite and keeping the premises clean.
• The repair work includes replacing water level sensor boards and connection plugs in two air handlers.
• The contractor must provide OEM-trained or certified personnel to perform the work.
• The contractor must comply with all safety measures and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a detailed invoice showing a breakdown of labor hours, hourly rate, and material costs.
• The contractor must submit invoices within 30 days of completion of the work.
