Description
Isothermal Community College is seeking a qualified mechanical contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, crane services, startup, testing, balancing, and incidentals necessary to complete the turnkey demolition and replacement of an existing rooftop water source heat pump system, cooling tower, and condenser water pumps. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing a new water source heat pump system, cooling tower, and condenser water pumps, as well as removing and disposing of the existing equipment. The contractor will also be responsible for electrical reconnection, startup, and commissioning of the new equipment.

* Coordination with College's BMS vendor for equipment startup and commissioning
