Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Regulatory Agencies, is seeking a Professional Licensing and Regulation Platform (PLRP) to provide enhanced features while maintaining quality delivery. The PLRP should be a vendor-hosted, user-centered design product with a mobile component, consumer-facing user interface, internal administrative user interface, and configuration capabilities. The implementation will include a data conversion/migration phase from multiple legacy systems, and costs will be recovered through per-transaction fees retained by the vendor.
