Loader/Backhoe Bucket Parts, Service, & Fabrication

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department, Building Systems & Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide loader and backhoe bucket parts, supplies, accessories, and repair services. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform loader/backhoe labor, materials, cutting edge and blade replacement, bucket repair and fabrication, parts, supplies, and accessories. The contract will start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. The city is looking for a vendor that can provide timely service and reliable parts availability to minimize vehicle downtime and maintain operational readiness. • Provide loader and backhoe bucket parts, supplies, accessories, and repair services • Perform inspections, welding, reinforcement, cutting edges and blade replacement, and bucket repair and fabrication • Supply required parts, materials, and hardware • Inspect and assess bucket condition • Replace worn or damaged components • Pickup and deliver equipment
