Description
Massasoit Community College invites proposals from vendors for the furnishing, installation, and configuration of all classroom audio-visual (AV) equipment in Building 1. The successful Vendor shall provide AV equipment for 11 classrooms, including projectors, teaching podiums, audio systems, and cameras. The Vendor must have at least five years of experience in higher education or science facility AV installation and provide references for at least three comparable projects. The proposal should include all equipment for the 11 classrooms and meet specific requirements, such as supporting centralized management through the Extron GlobalViewer Enterprise management platform and integrating seamlessly with instructional teaching podiums.
• The Vendor must provide a detailed proposal, including pricing, equipment, and services.
• The Vendor must have experience with Extron GlobalViewer Enterprise deployments.
• The Vendor must employ manufacturer-certified technicians and programmers.
• The Vendor must provide on-site training for faculty, staff, and Information Technology Services personnel.
• The Vendor must deliver complete system documentation, including as-built drawings, control system source code, equipment inventories, and warranty and support information.
