South Carolina State University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide supplemental security guard services (both armed and unarmed) on an as‑needed basis across its campuses. The contract will be a fixed‑price, hourly‑rate agreement with maximum rates set for each guard type, and may be exercised for up to three years (one‑year base period plus two one‑year renewal options).
