The City of Hartwell is seeking a qualified firm to conduct a historic structure study of the Hart County Training School Gymnasium. The study should include a physical assessment of the gym, a historic structure report, an analysis of structural and functional needs, and a review of future use options. The firm should have experience in historic preservation and be licensed in the State of Georgia to provide these services for projects utilizing federal funds. The scope of services includes historic research, evaluation, and planning, community engagement, recommendations, and cost estimates.
• The firm should provide a statement of qualifications and experience, including resumes of key personnel and a list of references.
• The firm should provide a firm organization and approach to services, including a description of the firm's organization, size, structure, and office locations.
• The firm should provide a client work history, including a list of previous clients and a description of services provided.
• The firm should provide an application and cost proposal, including a completed Application & Cost Proposal Form and a cost estimate for the study.
• The firm should provide an affidavit for E-Verify/Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act, including a notarized affidavit and a copy of the firm's E-Verify Company Identification Number.
