CMGC TriMet’s Track Rehabilitation Program for Existing MAX Alignment Project.

The Tri‑County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) is seeking a qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to provide both pre‑construction and construction services for the Track Rehabilitation Program on the existing MAX light‑rail alignment. The contractor will be responsible for managing a broad suite of civil‑engineering work, including rail work, concrete, demolition, earthwork, electrical, steel, traffic control, utility location, and related construction supplies.
