Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners seeks a qualified service provider to design, develop, and administer promotional examinations and assessment centers for its public safety personnel (Corrections, Fire & Emergency Services, Police, Sheriff). The contractor will conduct job analyses, create validated test instruments, manage test administration, scoring, item‑challenge handling, and provide detailed reports. The contract is an initial one‑year term beginning January 1 2027 with up to four optional renewal years. No fixed number of examinations is guaranteed; the County ran 14 promotional exams in 2025 and will award work on an as‑needed basis. The vendor must meet insurance requirements, disclose any AI usage, and adhere to strict timelines for scoring and challenge responses.
