Description
The United States Marine Corps is seeking a part-time Protestant Pianist to provide piano support every Sunday and Festival Days at the Station Chapel aboard MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina. The contractor will be required to have a Bachelor of Arts in music, experience in leading worship, and the ability to read music from the Armed Forces Hymnal. The contractor will also be required to attend an orientation brief, weekly coordination meetings, and provide piano support for Special Services. The contract will be for a non-personal services contract, and the contractor will be required to secure a contractor badge and display it at all times while working.
Some key responsibilities of the job include:
• Providing piano support every Sunday and Festival Days
• Consulting with the Protestant Chaplain or Staff Chaplain weekly
• Providing piano support for Special Services
• Attending an orientation brief and weekly coordination meetings
• Securing a contractor badge and displaying it at all times while working
