Notice of Proposed Sole Source Purchase of High Resolution Satellite Imagery

The University of Southern Mississippi is seeking to purchase high-resolution satellite imagery as a sole source purchase. The project will consist of Maxar WorldView 3 or Legion 1-6 high resolution satellite image data collection for the NOAA Site. The university has determined that L3 Harris Technologies is the sole reseller of Vantor products and services in the United States, and that Vantor owns and operates a constellation of WorldView 3 satellites and also offers archival imagery available.
