The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide printing services for a booklet envelope. The quantity required is 60,000, with a finish size of 5.75 x 8.875 inches. The vendor must attach a detailed estimate to their bid and provide a turnaround time after approved proof till delivery. The bid will be awarded based on best price and value to the state.
• The booklet envelope will have a cover made of 24# White Wove Commercial Style, Gummed Flap, with a double side seam and inside tint.
• The ink used will be 1/0c Black Ink.
• The vendor must ship the completed booklets back to Bradley M. Schumann at the General Services Building in Dimondale, MI.
• The bid must include the vendor's experience with similar projects.
• The vendor must be prequalified to be considered for the bid.
