City of Cleveland is seeking a qualified vendor to provide detailed cleaning services for all escalators and speed‑walks at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The work must be performed nightly between 7:00 PM and 3:30 AM, Monday‑through‑Friday, using specified equipment and green‑seal cleaning agents. The contract is capped at $35,000 and may not exceed one year in duration. Vendors must demonstrate at least ten years of relevant experience, own or lease the required machines, be a Better Business Bureau member, and submit required compliance disclosures.
• Clean escalator risers, steps, and speed‑walk plates with approved machines (Juma Step 100/Rotomac, Duplex 550, 2‑cycle dry‑wet).
• Perform work exclusively during designated night‑time windows; all deliveries to CHIA Central Receiving.
