Emergency Boiler Rental - Expansion Loop

The New York State Office of the State Comptroller has granted SUNY New Paltz an exemption from advertising in the NY State Contract Reporter so that the campus can amend its contract with Troy Boiler Works to add the expense of the supply and install of an expansion loop which was determined to be necessary for safety reasons during installation of a temporary back-up boiler at the campus’s Central Heating Plant.
