Description
The Alabama ABC Board is seeking a single vendor to provide comprehensive lawn‑maintenance, landscaping, and weed‑control services for its central office campus for the period 1 Oct 2025 – 30 Sep 2026. The work is divided into four commodity lines with distinct frequencies (weekly mowing in the growing season, bi‑weekly in dormant season, seasonal flower installations, annual mulch replacement, and quarterly herbicide applications) and billed accordingly (per‑cut, per‑month, per‑quarter). The supplier must hold an Alabama business license, OTPS commercial applicator certification, and an SLP/Horticulture professional license, and must use OTPS‑certified applicators for all pesticide work.
• Perform weekly mowing (growing season) and bi‑weekly mowing (dormant season) of all turf areas, plus edge, trim, and debris removal.
• Provide bi‑weekly mowing of preservation and private areas, seasonal flower‑bed installations, mulch replacement, and regular shrub trimming.
• Conduct quarterly weed‑control herbicide applications using OTPS‑certified applicators, with permit/license numbers on all invoices.
• Supply all labor, equipment, materials, and ensure proper disposal of debris; correct any damage to turf or irrigation at no cost to the Board.
