OSHA N95 Medical Evaluations and/or Examinations

The Vermont Department of Corrections is seeking proposals to conduct medical reviews of questionnaires to attest that staff are certified to do N95 masks. The contractor will provide separate billable expenses for medical review and evaluation of responses on the OSHA questionnaires, telephone surveys of staff, and medical examinations of staff to determine they are cleared or need further medical evaluation. The contract period will be for 2 years with an option to renew for up to three additional twelve-month periods. Key points to consider: • The contractor must provide medical reviews of questionnaires for all current and newly hired correctional officers. • The contractor must conduct follow-up evaluations with staff as needed. • The contractor must provide medical clearance or further referral of staff. • The contractor must send all clearance forms for cleared staff to the Department within one week of clearance.
