Periodical Subscription Management Services

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking a vendor to provide periodical subscription management services. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining licenses to the subscriptions listed in the attachment and providing access to 10 USCIS personnel. The contractor must provide access information to all personnel within 7 days of subscription activation and distribution by the subscription owner. The contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis. • The contractor must provide online availability to a variety of publications and journals in accordance with the attached Schedule (Attachment 1). • The contractor must provide access to 10 USCIS personnel. • The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from 01/01/2026 to 12/31/2026.
