Description
The Savannah Airport Commission is seeking a qualified firm to provide removal and replacement of existing gutter systems at designated airport canopy structures, along with cleaning and sealing of additional drainage components. The project includes removal and replacement of gutters, cleaning and resealing of entrance canopies, and associated drainage system work. The contractor will be responsible for verifying all measurements, providing labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The project requires a mandatory preproposal meeting and site visit.
• The project includes removal and replacement of gutters at upper-level and lower-level commercial lane canopies
• Cleaning and resealing of entrance canopies and barrel skylights
• Associated drainage system work, including cleaning and clearing of drain spouts and verification of functionality
• Minor repairs to fascia, soffits, or adjacent surfaces impacted during work
• Provision of all necessary signage, traffic control devices, barricades, and pedestrian control measures
• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, codes, and safety requirements
