Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) requires a portable restroom rental at the worksite to ensure adequate sanitation facilities for the current workforce and to maintain compliance with regulations established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The contractor shall provide one portable bathroom unit with fully stocked supplies and setup the unit. The contractor shall also provide weekly services, including pumping the wastewater holding tank, cleaning the interior of the trailer, restocking supplies, removing trash, and filling the fresh water holding tank. The contract will be for a base period of six months, with three optional periods of six months each.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
• The contract will be awarded on a lowest price technically acceptable basis.
• The contractor must provide a quote for the equipment and services, including separate pricing for the base period and each optional period.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA and CDC guidelines.
