Description
The State of Missouri is seeking vendors to provide automotive glass repair and replacement services for various state agencies. The contract will be for a period of approximately 311 days, from the date of award to July 8, 2027. Vendors must submit their proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS, by August 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. The state agency will evaluate the proposals based on price, including the evaluation of the Domestic Procurement Act, and any bonus points from the original RFP evaluation. The contractor with the lowest cost that meets the state agency's needs will be considered the "lowest and best" quote response and awarded the specific project.
• The contract will be a preferred use contract, meaning that any state agency needing the services should use the established contract unless it is determined to be in the best interest of the State of Missouri for a state agency to obtain alternate services elsewhere.
• The contractor must participate in the State of Missouri's Cooperative Procurement Program and provide the products and/or services to other government entities in accordance with the Technical Services Act.
• The contractor must furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services required.
• The contractor must respond to state agency quote requests in writing by the timeframe indicated by the state agency.
• The contractor's pricing quote at the time of the quote response shall include all applicable costs associated with the provisions of the products/services specified.
