On-Site Drug Lab equipment and reagents

The Administrative Office of the United States Courts is seeking a contractor to provide on-site drug lab equipment and reagents for the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Offices. The contractor will be responsible for providing automated analyzers, forensic use immunoassay reagents, controls, calibrators, and all necessary supplies and consumables. The contractor will also provide maintenance, training, and a data management system. The contract will have a 7-year ordering period with a 3-year optional ordering period and a 6-month optional ordering period. • The contractor must provide all equipment, reagents, supplies, and consumables necessary for the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Offices to operate instrumented urine screening facilities nationwide. • The contractor must provide a data management system that meets the requirements stated in the solicitation. • The contractor must provide training and key personnel to support the equipment and data management system. • The contractor must provide a completed Attachment 4 - Equipment & Reagent Requirements and a completed Attachment 5 – Installation Plan. • The contractor must provide a proposal narrative that supports all aspects of their proposal.
