Description
The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Training Center Petaluma is seeking a highly qualified contractor to provide certified testing and inspection services for gasoline dispensing underground tanks. The contractor will be responsible for performing monthly, annual, and triennial testing and inspections in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. The evaluation criteria include technical capability, past performance, and price.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Performing certified services for the gasoline dispensing system
• Providing reports and documentation
• Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Demonstrating a clear and comprehensive plan for fulfilling all contract requirements
• Having a proven record of successful performance on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity
