Description
Gwinnett County seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive 1099 processing services, covering data ingestion, form generation, printing, mailing, electronic delivery, IRS e‑filing, B‑Notice handling, TIN matching, corrections, and a secure recipient portal. The contractor must process over 100,000 1099s annually, meet IRS Publication 1075 security standards, hold SOC 2 Type II certification, and maintain extensive liability and cyber insurance. The contract is initially 12 months with up to four optional renewals, and the solution must be fully operational by 1 Dec 2026.
• Process 100 k+ 1099 forms per year (print, mail, e‑file).
• Provide secure online portal for recipients with multi‑factor authentication and 3‑year data retention.
