Request for Applications (RFA) for Residential Care Services for Eligible Ryan White Program Clients in Los Angeles County

The County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health is issuing a Request for Applications (RFA) to solicit applications for qualified organizations for the provision of Residential Care Services for Eligible Ryan White Program Clients in Los Angeles County. The RFA is open to current DHSP contractors providing residential care services which address housing-related barriers that negatively impact health outcomes, continuity of care, and viral suppression. Funding will be available under four categories: Residential Care Facilities for the Chronically Ill, Transitional Residential Care Facilities, Substance Use Disorder Transitional Housing, and Emergency Rental Assistance. • The RFA is open to current DHSP contractors providing residential care services. • Funding will be available under four categories. • Interested vendors who meet the minimum mandatory qualifications listed in the RFA are invited to respond to the RFA by submitting an application by the closing/due date.
