The Montgomery County Government is seeking a replacement for its Law Enforcement Records Management System (LE-RMS) for use by the County Law Enforcement Agencies. The new system must be a state-of-the-art system with services compatible with the County's needs and requirements. The County is looking to purchase LE-RMS Software as a Service (SaaS) with a direct contract with the vendor.
