The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and Illinois Department of Early Childhood (IDEC) are seeking bids for all-in-one electronic fingerprint capture/control software and mobile fingerprint scanners including a photo capture module. The contract will be for a period of 12, 24, 36, or 48 months. The successful bidder will be required to provide end-user training. • The contract will be for the provision of all-in-one electronic fingerprint capture/control software and mobile fingerprint scanners including a photo capture module. • The contract will be for a period of 12, 24, 36, or 48 months. • The successful bidder will be required to provide end-user training. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced bidder that meets the requirements. • The State reserves the right to amend the solicitation, reject any or all bids, and waive minor defects.
