Financial and Accounting Software System Procurement and Implementation

The Oconee Joint Regional Sewer Authority seeks a qualified vendor to supply, configure, and implement a comprehensive financial and accounting software system that seamlessly integrates with the existing Trimble Unity Maintain (Cityworks) CMMS platform. The solution must support core accounting functions, budgeting, reporting, and be fully compatible with the authority’s asset management and utility operations at the time of the statement of qualifications submission. The selected vendor will be responsible for software delivery, customization, data migration, training, and post‑implementation support. • Ensure full compatibility with Trimble Unity Maintain (Cityworks) for real‑time data exchange. • Deliver a complete financial and accounting suite covering general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and reporting. • Provide implementation services including system configuration, data migration, user training, and ongoing technical support.
