SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR THERMO ELECTRON LABORATORY EQUIPMENT (AMBIS 2247584)

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is seeking a service agreement for the maintenance of Thermo Electron laboratory equipment, including the ORBITRAP ECLIPSE PTR Ready and the UltiMate 3000 NCS-3500RS. The selected contractor will be required to provide on-site service visits, parts, and technical support. The contract will be for a period of one year, from March 19, 2025, to March 18, 2026. • The contractor must provide a certified service engineer to conduct diagnosis and corrective maintenance procedures. • The contractor must provide priority status for technical support inquiries. • The contractor must provide one scheduled annual preventive maintenance visit. • The contractor must provide software updates and notifications. • The contractor must provide OEM parts, accessories, and consumables during the effective period of the contract. • The contractor must provide training classes purchased during the contract validity period.
