Description
The City of New York is seeking a qualified vendor to provide end‑to‑end procurement, licensing, implementation, cabling, electrical, and support services for a Unified Communications System (UCS) that will be hosted by the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications. The work includes design, installation, integration with existing City telecom infrastructure, ongoing maintenance, and optional cloud/AI services. The contract is a five‑year fixed‑term (with possible extensions) and carries an estimated procurement value of $115 million.
