Real Time Location (RTLS) Environment Monitoring

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Real Time Location System (RTLS) Environmental Monitoring Solution and Services for temperature, humidity, and differential pressure monitoring at the Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System. The contractor will be responsible for providing software and hardware support and maintenance services, including initial assessment, software maintenance, hardware maintenance, and support services. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option years. • The contractor will provide a new automated continuous environmental monitoring system to comply with VHA Directives. • The contractor will provide NIST recalibration hardware and services for temperature, humidity, and differential pressure sensors and probes. • The contractor will provide remote access to the VA facilities through a Virtual Private Network (VPN). • The contractor will provide support services, including level 1, 2, and 3 support, troubleshooting, performance enhancement, and backhaul infrastructure adjustments. • The contractor will provide warnings, bulletins, alerts, technical tips, and FAQs. • The contractor will provide knowledge center access and engineering assistance via phone.
