Description
The County of Hawaii is seeking vendors to provide personalized promotional items, including reusable bags, calculators, letter openers, and jar openers. The items must be delivered to the Department of Liquor Control by June 1, 2025. Vendors must include all applicable taxes, including Hawaii General Excise Tax and use taxes, in their pricing. The award will be made by individual line item, and vendors must provide proof of compliance with Hawaii Revised Statutes 103D-310(c) for awards over $2,500.
• The County of Hawaii is exempt from federal taxes.
• Vendors must register with Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) prior to responding to the solicitation.
• The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any defects or informalities in the bids.
• The contractor shall not be debarred by the State of Hawaii or the United States Federal government at the time of bidding.
• The contractor must comply with Hawaii Revised Statutes § 11-355, which prohibits campaign contributions from contractors during the term of the contract.
