Specialized Cleaning

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide specialized cleaning services for the IRM Data Center Room and tile at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. The contractor will be required to perform sub-floor cleaning, top of tile cleaning, and hardware cleaning, as well as provide other miscellaneous cleaning services. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four option years. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to patient privacy and security. • Sub-Floor Cleaning: vacuuming and cleaning under the floor • Top of Tile Cleaning: cleaning the top surface of the tile • Hardware Cleaning: cleaning the exterior and interior of hardware cabinets • Flat Surface & Miscellaneous Cleaning: cleaning all flat surfaces, interior windows, and doors The contractor must also provide documentation and records of all work performed, and must comply with all safety and security protocols.
