Security Services (Courthouse, Juvenile Justice Center, Keach Library)

The Nueces County is seeking a company to provide security services for the Courthouse, Juvenile Justice Center, and Keach Library. The contract is for a term of three years with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The selected company will be responsible for providing security services, including guarding and monitoring the premises, and responding to emergencies. The company must have at least three consecutive years of contract security service experience in Corpus Christi, Texas, and hold a valid Class B or C license. • The company must provide a written statement describing its ability to meet all requirements of the scope of work. • The company must provide resumes of key executive personnel and staff who will be assigned to execute the terms of the proposal. • The company must provide a list of at least three references from past local government clients. • The company must maintain a fully staffed office in Corpus Christi to provide administrative, operational, billing, payroll, and logistical support.
