Vending Services for City Facilities

The City of Gaithersburg is soliciting proposals for vending services for city facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing, installing, operating, and maintaining mechanical food and beverage vending machines for both city employees and the general public. The contractor must propose replacement configurations for machines to provide a variety of healthy snacks and beverages, as defined by the National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) "Fit Pick" requirements. The city reserves the right to request changes in products offered, and the contractor must accommodate such requests or provide justification for rejection. • The city has current vending locations listed in Section 2.9 of the solicitation documents. • The contractor must provide a variety of healthy snacks and beverages. • The city reserves the right to request changes in products offered. • The contractor must accommodate such requests or provide justification for rejection. • All product change requests are subject to prior agreement and approval by the city.
