Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Transfer Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking quotes for the provision of dairy, meats, general subsistence, and kosher items for the 3rd quarter of fiscal year 2026. The contract type will be firm-fixed price, and payments will be made via government purchase card for awards at or below $15,000.00, or by electronic funds transfer for awards above $15,000.00. • The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2025-06.
• Offers will be FOB destination with delivery being April 1, 2026, through April 30, 2026.
• Deliveries will be made to Federal Transfer Center, 7410 S. MacArthur Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73169, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation.
• The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation based on price.
• Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price.
