Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), is seeking proposals to lease office space for the Massachusetts State Retirement Board. The leased space will be used to house the western Massachusetts regional office of the Massachusetts State Retirement Board. The space should be approximately 3,100 square feet, with a term of 10 years. The proposed location should be in Springfield, West Springfield, Westfield, or Wilbraham, with proximity to public transportation. The proposer must agree to substantially complete all improvements to meet the General Specifications.

• The proposer must provide information about the current property management and estimated budget for operating expenses and taxes.
• The proposer must agree to provide a fully managed premises.
• The proposer must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local code requirements.
