R408--AMENDMENT to RFI-Sources Sought Notice -NAICS updated BA Health Architecture Services and Standardization

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from interested parties to determine their capability and interest in providing Business Architecture (BA) Health Architecture Services and Standardization. The services required include data analytics and design, business process modeling, integration and reference architecture, and information architecture, among others. The goal of this effort is to support the VA's business architecture, which structures and communicates the VHA's healthcare business. The contractor will be required to provide support services, skill sets, and subject matter expertise to ensure continuity of already established business architecture efforts. Some key points to consider: * The contractor will be required to employ VHA's Capability and Service Architecture constructs and principles. * The contractor will be required to meet and/or conform to best business and industry practices. * The contractor will be required to provide support for coordination of BA Communications, including publications and outreach. * The contractor will be required to provide all necessary services in support of the architecture continuum for VHA's Health Architecture. * The contractor will be required to adhere to all FISMA, FIPS, and NIST standards related to the annual FISMA security controls assessment and review and update the PIA. * The contractor will be required to provide notice to VA of a "security incident" as set forth in the Security Incident Investigation section. * The contractor will be required to cooperate with VA in any civil litigation to recover VA information, obtain monetary or other compensation from a third party for damages arising from any incident, or obtain injunctive relief against any third party arising from, or related to, the incident. Some of the key deliverables include: * A response of no more than 18 pages in length, single spaced, 12-point font minimum that addresses the information requested in the RFI. * A cover page that includes the company's name, address, SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI) number, GSA contract number (if applicable), Point-of-Contact (POC) name, phone number, and e-mail address. * Clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the company's capability to fulfill the requirements. * Past experience information on a maximum of three similar projects completed within the last three years. * Capabilities/qualifications/skills information to substantiate the capacity to fulfill the requirement.
