Jeep Sport Utility Vehicles - Triple Net Invoice including Government Incentives percentage

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking bids from dealerships to establish a fixed percentage rate above the Triple Net Invoice, including Government Incentives, for Jeep Sport Utility Vehicles. The contract term will begin upon award and expire on September 30, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide an itemized Triple Net Invoice for each vehicle, and the percentage service rate will be applied. The bidder must meet or exceed the specifications listed in the attached vehicle specifications worksheet. • The bidder shall be a car dealership with a physical location within the State of Iowa. • The bidder shall meet or exceed the specifications listed in the attached vehicle specifications worksheet. • The bidder shall provide a detailed quarterly report in Microsoft Excel on all sales made under the resulting contract. • The bidder shall pay a $100 Administrative Fee per vehicle sale made against this resulting contract.
