Description
The Chippewa Valley Schools are seeking a vendor to provide a turnkey solution for replacing the firewall at their data center. The project is subject to E-rate requirements and may qualify for Year 29 USF funding. The vendor must provide a lump sum bid proposal and include a Universal Service Fund (USF) Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) in their bid. The contract is conditional upon Universal Service Funding, and the district reserves the right to reduce the contract amount if the level of USF discount is reduced.
• The project includes furnishing and implementing a turnkey solution for the firewall replacement
• The vendor must provide a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the owner's school board or superintendent
• The vendor must provide an Iran Sanctions Affidavit and an Affidavit for Criminal Background Checks
• The bid proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a satisfactory surety bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid proposal price
