PSP Troop F Milton Lawn Care Services

The Pennsylvania State Police is seeking a contractor to provide lawn care maintenance services at the Troop F Milton location. The services include mowing, trimming, pruning, and weed control. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of five years. The contractor must visit the site and take into consideration all conditions prevailing that would affect the bid price before bidding. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment to perform the services. • The contractor must remove all clippings, trimmings, and lawn type debris from the premises. • The contractor must not store, park, or leave equipment unattended on PSP properties when not in use. • The Commonwealth will pay for only those services rendered and has no obligation to have the contractor perform any work or any minimum amount under this contract.
